FLORO (florobot.trade, bot @floroBotRH) is a cross-chain tweet trader. This page explains what data we process so you can decide whether to use the product. Last updated: 25 Jul 2026.

• Who we are

  Official site: https://florobot.trade. Official bot: @floroBotRH. We do not operate lookalike domains or DM “support” accounts that ask for seeds or codes.

• What we process

  • X handle / user id when you mention the bot or sign in on Portfolio.
  • Wallet addresses we provision for you (EVM + Solana) and on-chain balances we read.
  • Trade intents from public tweets and resulting trade status for ops and support.
  • Session / auth tokens needed to keep you signed in on florobot.trade.

• What we never collect

  • Seed phrases or raw private keys on our VPS (export is user-initiated and time-boxed).
  • Passwords, phone numbers, government IDs, or payment cards.
  • Private DMs as a product surface — trading is public tweet commands.

• Third parties

  Auth and custody use industry wallet infrastructure; bridges and swaps use Relay, Jupiter, and pons. X provides login identity. Chain RPCs see public addresses. We do not sell personal data.
